in the Davis Mountains of Far West Texas

A working fine art studio, Old Spanish Trail Studio is tucked away on a mile-high heritage Davis Mountain ranch. We're a mile inside the Davis Mountains Scenic Loop, 20 miles SW of historic Fort Davis, Texas. You'll need to call or email us for directions before heading out, but we'd love to entertain you while you preview new paintings and enjoy the scenery.
You don't have to get all spruced up to visit us. This isn't Dallas. The studio is nothing fancy, but original art hangs on its old walls. Outside, cattle roam under pinon and oak. Mule deer browse near the window by Lindy's easel.
Our gallery is a bit rustic, but brimming with Texas hospitality. Just let us know when you'd like to come and we'll put the coffee on.
